Małgorzata Wyczańska

Małgorzata Wyczańska is an experienced UX professional with a background in design and research. Currently serving as a UX Designer at Nowa Era since January 2022, Małgorzata previously worked as a UX Researcher and Designer at LUX MED, where coordination of the Design Team for the Patient Portal was a key responsibility. Prior engagement includes a role as UX Manager and Product Owner at Citi Handlowy from January 2011 to November 2018, focusing on developing solutions from concept to implementation. Małgorzata began a career at Grupa Gemius as a Research Executive and later as Research Team Manager, overseeing qualitative and UX research. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in sociology from the University of Warsaw and a licence in linguistics from Université Paris Cité.
