Teresa Kulczycki

Teresa Kulczycki is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across several firms. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Nowak & Fraus Engineers since April 2023, Teresa previously worked as an Engineer at Atwell, LLC, where responsibilities included concept planning and construction drawings for commercial projects. Before that, Teresa held various positions at PEA Group, including Project Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer, focusing on site engineering design and permit applications. Teresa's early career includes roles at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc., MCS Associates, Inc., and the Road Commission for Oakland County, where duties encompassed engineering plan revisions, road inspections, and design support. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, completed in 2003.
