Customer Operations at Circular

WenJie Koh began their career in 2012 as a Product Consultant for Sony Electronics. In this role, WenJie was responsible for working with walk-in customers and company representatives to understand and recommend appropriate products, review daily sales targets, and adjust displays of products in store. In 2014, WenJie joined the Singapore Armed Forces as an Administrative Assistant, specializing in manpower and HR matters. In 2016, WenJie began working as a Customer Service Officer for PIL Logistics Pte Ltd. In 2020, WenJie worked as a Warehouse Assistant for Groceries Logistics of Singapore and a Barista for Xing Fu Tang, LLC. Finally, WenJie is currently working as a Customer Operations and Customer Success employee for Circular (YC W22). In this role, WenJie is responsible for collections, risk and payment operations, operational processes, and customer experience.

WenJie Koh completed their primary education at Kranji Primary School from 2003 to 2008. WenJie then attended Unity Secondary School from 2009 to 2012 for their secondary education. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Business Management from Management Development Institute of Singapore. WenJie then went on to obtain a Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management from the same institute in 2014. In 2017, WenJie Koh completed their Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from University College Dublin in 2020. In addition to their formal education, WenJie Koh has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Workforce Singapore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Shipping Association, Ministry of Defence of Singapore, LASALLE College of the Arts and Changi Airport Group.
