Paulo Ribeiro is an accomplished operations and marketing leader with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at nowle since October 2023, Paulo previously directed operations at Pipo Saúde, managing a team of over 60 across multiple areas to enhance health benefits management for HRs in Brazil. At Loft, Paulo held several positions, including Director of Growth & Marketing and Senior Operations Manager, focusing on transforming real estate transactions through innovative technology. Prior to that, Paulo led international expansion efforts at In Loco, contributing to significant fundraising and operational improvements. As the CEO and Founder of GetEscala, a growth agency acquired by In Loco, Paulo specialized in helping startups accelerate their growth. Paulo also has academic experience as a visiting professor and has held various marketing managerial roles throughout a robust career that began after earning a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
