Erik Szpyra has a diverse background in the IT industry. Erik began their career as a Help Desk Analyst for Auto 7, Inc. in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Focus Technology as a Service Desk Analyst. In 2013, they joined Fision Work as a Post Sales Engineer/Technical Account Manager. In 2015, they were a Customer Service/NOC for Call One, Incorporated. In 2017, they joined NowSecure as the Manager of the Technical Implementation Team. In this role, they lead a team of six customer success professionals, trains and mentors them, and maintains an active role in high profile accounts. Additionally, they work with other teams to achieve cross departmental initiatives. Erik has also had roles as a Technical Account Manager and an Application Support Technician.

Erik Szpyra began their education in 1993, attending the University of Florida until 1994. In 1996, they attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, graduating in 1998 with an Associate of Science in Television Production - Non-Linear Editing. Erik then attended Broward College, graduating in 2003 with an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice. Erik obtained various certifications over the years, including CompTIA A+ in 2000, EXIN ITIL Foundations v3 in 2011, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in 2015, SHORETEL UCSP (SYSTEM PROGRAMMER) from ShoreTel in 2016, Apple Certified Associate from Pearson in 2017, Digium dCAA from Digium in 2015, Secure Mobile Development Certification from NowSecure in 2021, and Mobile Application Security Foundations from NowSecure in 2022.
