Cynthia Green, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Nox Health since March 2023, Cynthia previously held the position of Head of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition at Mercedes-Benz USA from June 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition and HR operations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at Georgia United Credit Union and SVP of HR at Healthcare Solutions, Inc., leading HR strategies that supported significant organizational growth. Cynthia's HR career began at The Home Depot, where effective staffing and retention strategies were implemented. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Coastal Carolina University.
