Daniel Cavero

Co-Founder/CTO at Noya

Daniel Cavero has a strong background in engineering and product management. Daniel co-founded Noya in 2020 and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Nod Labs from 2016 to 2020, where they held roles as an AI & Robotics Product Manager and a Mechanical & Product Design Engineer. At Nod Labs, they gained experience in mechanical, industrial, electrical, and software engineering, as well as business operations. Daniel also worked briefly at rLoop Incorporated in 2016 as a Mechanical Engineer, primarily focused on the mechanical design of a vehicle's propulsion system. Earlier in their career, Daniel held research assistant positions at the Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems Laboratory at SDSU and SDSU Research Foundation. Daniel also worked as a Teacher Assistant in the Introduction to Controls Engineering course at SDSU Mechanical Engineering Dept. Additionally, Daniel gained hands-on experience as a Formula Team Engineer Intern at Linares Racing and worked as an Academic Tutor for the Educational Opportunities Program.
