Josh Santos has a diverse work experience, starting as an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT in 2012. Josh then worked as a Field Engineering Intern at Schlumberger, where they conducted cement blend experiments and collaborated on developing an alternative cement mixture. Next, they served as a Regional Director at Sigma Phi Epsilon, where they managed change in multiple sites and focused on increasing membership sales.
After that, Josh held various roles at Labdoor, including Chief of Staff, Director of Sales, and Partner Development. In these positions, they generated revenue, built sales funnels, developed B2B services, and created digital marketing strategies.
Following their time at Labdoor, Josh joined Tesla as a Project Manager for the Model 3 Program. Josh later joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Sr. Program Manager, specializing in EV Powertrain Development.
Finally, in 2020, Josh became the Co-Founder and CEO of Noya.
Josh Santos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical-Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Josh also participated in the Management Development Program at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Additionally, they are a member of the W21 batch with Noya at Y Combinator.
