Tobias Riphaus has a strong background in robotics engineering and mechatronics. Tobias is currently working as a Teamlead Robotics Engineer at Noyes Technologies, where they lead the hardware and embedded development for autonomous robots and smart appliances. At arcules, Tobias worked as a Senior Robotics Engineer and built a project-specific engineering team for customer adaptations of AMRs. Prior to this, they were a Senior Robotics Engineer at Robotise AG, where they developed various features for a minibar robot and served as a Teamlead in mechanical engineering. Tobias also gained experience at Festo, where they developed wearables for telemanipulation of a robotic arm. Tobias has previous research assistant experience at The Bremen University of Applied Sciences and worked as a Robotic Apprentice at Murdoch University.
Tobias Riphaus's education history begins in 2014, when they attended Murdoch University as an apprentice, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Bionik at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. Continuing their academic journey, Tobias Riphaus enrolled at Rhine-Waal University from 2016 to 2018, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Biomimetic Robotics.
