Jeffrey Grimes

Jeffrey Grimes has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Remote Desktop/System Administrator at NOYNIM since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing diverse IT needs for multiple clients. Prior to this, Jeffrey held the position of IT Manager/Windows System Administrator at Conduent from January 2015 to June 2017, focusing on IT administration for the Verizon Wireless project site. As the owner of JG Computer's from January 2001 to September 2015, Jeffrey built a client base of over 50 through reliable service and strong customer relationships. Earlier roles included IT Desktop Administrator at WDS, a Xerox Company, supporting the Verizon Wireless project in Wichita Falls, TX, and Customer Service Representative at AT&T, where Jeffrey managed customer interactions effectively. Jeffrey earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Vernon College between 2009 and 2014.
