Craig Halliday started their work experience in 1986 as a Sergeant in the British Army, specializing in major overhaul maintenance of Lynx and Gazelle helicopters. Craig achieved the rank of Sergeant during their service. In 1999, they joined Rolls-Royce as a Technical Author, responsible for writing amendments and revisions to gas turbine engine manuals. Craig worked on both MoD and commercial projects. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Midwest Technologies as a Project Manager, leading a team in the conversion of the RAF TriStar AMM and IPC to SGML. Craig also served as a Project Leader during this time. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Author/Technical Illustrator at Aerolite, creating various manuals and certification documents for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. Craig used software such as IsoDraw 7, CAD Process, Adobe Illustrator, and 3DVIA Composer for illustrations. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of TITANIUM INTERACTIVE PUBLICATIONS LTD. From 2016 to 2022, they owned Craig Halliday Publications, specializing in aerospace and general engineering technical writing, technical illustration, 3D visualization, and animation. Craig authored Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) and Technical Manuals for emergency medical services (EMS) equipment. In 2018, they joined Pilatus Aircraft Ltd as a Technical Author, focusing on training systems. Finally, starting in 2022, they are a Senior Technical Writer at Nozomi Networks.
