Dimitri Gasser has a range of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and software architecture. Dimitri is currently employed as a Senior Cyber Threat Analyst at Nozomi Networks since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked for the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS) from June 2018 to April 2022 as a Senior Cyber Security Expert. Dimitri also has experience as an ICT Software Architect at Bundesamt für Informatik und Telekommunikation BIT from November 2015 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as a .NET Developer at LOGICO from August 2011 to October 2015, where they played a key role in designing and implementing an Electronic Fund Transfer system.
Dimitri Gasser pursued their education at Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science. In 2019, Dimitri achieved the Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE) certification and the GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) certification. In 2020, they obtained the GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) certification. Finally, in 2021, they acquired the Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE) certification and in 2019, the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
