Andrew Coleman

Andrew Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew is currently working as the Paint Plant Operations Manager at Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NB Coatings as the Paint Plant Manager from September 2020 to January 2021 and as the Manufacturing Training Coordinator from September 2019 to September 2020. Before that, Andrew was employed at the United States Steel Corporation as a Shift Manager from July 2017 to September 2019. Andrew also held the position of Warehouse Leader (Manager) at Owens Corning from October 2013 to July 2017. Andrew gained valuable experience in various roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Section Manager, Distribution Supervisor, Associate IT Analyst, Computer Operations Analyst, and Fabrication Specialist III, during their tenure from November 2005 to September 2013. Before joining Caterpillar Inc., they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at AT&T from August 2000 to May 2004.

Andrew Coleman earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they obtained certification in Armed / Unarmed Security from the State of Illinois in August 2004.
