Tom Urbain has over 15 years of experience in Instructional Design and Adult Education, currently serving in Human Resource Development at NPC Inc since August 2002, where training programs are delivered for various levels of personnel. Prior to this role, Tom Urbain worked in Customer Support at Delta Health Systems from May 1998 to August 2002 and served as a Consultant at Design Data Corp from January 1997 to May 1998.
