Currently, Xavier is working at NPH USA, where they started as the Regional Director in 2017 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Donor Relations since July 2021.

They can get to know a child, visit a home, volunteer and see the direct effects of their donation. Donors help to provide the children in our care with: a permanent, loving home, nutritious food, comprehensive healthcare, and the education they need to become caring and productive members of society. Children are not adopted but rather become part of a family with core values of unconditional love and shared responsibility.
