Martijn M. Stuiver is an associate professor and director of the MSc program in Evidence Based Practice in Health Care at Amsterdam UMC since September 2009. With a background as a clinical epidemiologist at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek since 1997, Martijn focuses on cancer rehabilitation, functional outcomes of cancer treatment, and improving supportive care. Martijn also serves as Lector of Functional Recovery from Cancer at Hogeschool van Amsterdam and has been involved in teaching and developing courses in oncology for physiotherapists for several years. Martijn holds a Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam and degrees in Evidence Based Practice and Physiotherapy from reputable institutions.
