Michelle Loveday

As supervisor of the Canopy Team, NPI’s helpdesk department, Michelle helps technicians meet client needs, fine-tunes the documentation to assist future responses, and works directly with clients to resolve technical issues. Michelle’s parents owned a computer repair business, and she has been working with technology since she was 14 years old. A graduate of Champlain College with a degree in computer science and digital forensics, she has earned several advanced professional certifications. She has also worked with the American Red Cross, and she enjoys hiking, gardening and home-brewing with her fiancé.
