Briana Foster

Briana Foster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at NPK since August 2024, Briana previously held leadership roles at Newpark Resources, Inc., including Human Resources Director and Corporate HR Manager. At Schlumberger, significant responsibilities included managing HR for over 200 employees across North America in the Completions sector, along with overseeing HR services for the Reslink Center in Houston. Briana's earlier roles involved facilitating change management during the Schlumberger acquisition at Smith International and supporting HR functions for over 200 employees at Wilson. Briana holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University.
