Xavier Martineau's work experience begins in 2013 as a Stagiaire en laboratoire de recherche at CR-CHUM - Laboratoire Daniel Lajeunesse. In 2015, they worked as an Auxiliaire d'enseignement at Université de Montréal. Xavier then joined Concordia University in 2017 as a Research Assistant, where they conducted functional genomics research in various fungi strains. In 2021, Martineau worked as an Assistant de recherche - Unité de recherche en chromatine et expression du génome at Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM). Currently, they are working at Nomic Bio as a Lab Operations Analyst. In May 2023, they will transition to the role of Lab Operations Associate at the same company.
Xavier Martineau attended the Université de Montréal from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochimie. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biochimie from 2014 to 2016.
