Emma-Jane Cowan

Emma-Jane Cowan is currently the Manager of Alumni Placement at NPower Canada, where Emma-Jane leads a team of Alumni Placement Specialists to help secure meaningful employment for NPower Canada Alumni. Prior to this role, Emma-Jane held various positions at the John Howard Society of York Region, where Emma-Jane facilitated programming for individuals in conflict with the law, specifically focusing on intimate partner violence. Emma-Jane also worked as a Youth Outreach Worker and facilitated psycho-educational programming for youth. Emma-Jane has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on criminology and has experience supporting individuals in conflict with the law through various programs and interventions.
