Robert Vaughn

Robert Vaughn is the current Chief Innovation Officer at NPower, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at NPower from January 2016 to December 2020, where they oversaw the organization's cybersecurity, IT programs, and curriculum & instruction. From January 2015 to December 2016, Vaughn was the Deputy CISO and Enterprise Director of Information Security at Globe Life. Robert then spent two years as the Global Information Security Risk Executive at GM Financial from January 2013 to December 2015. Vaughn also spent two years as the Executive Director of Technology and Head of IT Programs, Curriculum & Instructions at CCI Training Center from January 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they spent nine years as the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CTO) at Internetworking Dynamics from January 2007 to December 2016. Robert began their career as a Senior Information Technology Instructor at Global Knowledge from January 2007 to December 2013.

Robert Vaughn has a Master of Education from Dallas Baptist University in Curriculum and Instruction and Distance Learning. Robert also has a Master of Science from Bellevue University in Cyber Security. Additionally, they hold an MBA in Information Security from West Texas A&M University College of Business. Robert's undergraduate degree is in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Northwood University. Robert also has a Certificate of Completion in Computer Networking Engineering & I.T. Management from Computer Learning Centers. Robert is certified by The Open Group in FAIR (Factor Analysis In Risk) and by The SABSA Institute as a Certified Chartered Enterprise Architect: Architectural Design Practitioner (SCPA). Robert is also certified by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Informatiom Privacy Professional (CIPP/US/G/Can).

Robert Vaughn reports to Bertina Ceccarelli, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Kendra Parlock - VP, Partnership Development, Stefanie Boles - Chief Administrative Officer, and Felecia Webb - Chief Development Officer.
