Sereyna Wallace

Sereyna Wallace, MS, GCDF, currently serves as the Senior Director of National Placement at NPower, a position held since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing multi-market career pathway initiatives and cultivating national business development engagements for non-traditional tech talent. Previously, Sereyna was the Regional Placement Director for NY/NJ, overseeing career placement services and initiatives for military veterans and young adults. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Career Services & Professional Development at Livingstone College, where Sereyna advanced student and alumni career opportunities, and District Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute, focusing on employer partnerships and job placements. Sereyna holds a Master's degree in Global Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University, along with several certifications in career development and diversity training.
