Abdul Sattar

Abdul Sattar has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a correspondent for Deutsche Welle since May 2016, focusing on Pakistani politics, economy, foreign affairs, socioeconomic issues, and climate change in both Urdu and English. Previous roles include senior journalist at NPR, trainee editor at Deutsche Welle, reporter at SAMAA TV, political reporter at DawnNews, editor and senior reporter for Daily Nation & Kashmir Post, sub-editor at The News International, and sub-editor at Daily Dawn. Throughout the career, Abdul Sattar has honed skills in reporting, editing, and producing analytical content while covering significant events and issues related to Pakistan and its communities.
