Andrei Bondarev

Andrei Bondarev is an accomplished Solutions Architect and Owner at Source Labs LLC, where a remote software development firm was founded and scaled to six full-time engineers, generating millions in product development work. As Engineering Lead at NPR, Andrei maintained and enhanced the NPR Live Sessions platform, significantly improving content distribution tools. In a fractional CTO role at Hope Street Group, Andrei developed an e-learning platform catering to diverse professional needs. At FiscalNote, Andrei spearheaded the creation of the FiscalNote Core product, contributing to $40M in annual revenue, and assisted in strategic cost reductions prior to a public offering. Previous experiences include leading engineering at Opportunity@Work, developing educational tools for New Visions for Public Schools, and holding various engineering roles at WeddingWire and Gannett.
