Chaundra Ealey, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at NPR, where responsibilities include analyzing large compensation data sets, preparing reports for leadership, managing salary structures, and collaborating with People Partners and Talent Acquisition. Previously, Chaundra worked as a Compensation Analyst at GEICO, conducting job analyses and drafting job descriptions, and held roles in talent acquisition and account management at NTT DATA and Travelers. Chaundra earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Mercer University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Georgia Southern University.
