Jenna Grant

Jenna Grant is an experienced technical director with a robust background in broadcasting and network operations. Currently serving as the NOC Technical Director at NPR since July 2017, Jenna oversees projects, improves workflows, and collaborates across departments to meet NOC needs while handling customer support requests. Previously, Jenna held roles at NBCUniversal as a Technical Manager for sports networks, and at Viacom as a Senior Operations Coordinator and Master Control Supervisor, managing on-air operations and staff. Early career experiences included positions as a Broadcast Engineer and Technician at The Outdoor Channel and Williams Communications, respectively. Jenna holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Criminal Justice minor from California State University-San Bernardino and a certification in Computer Networking from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
