Jo Lambert

Jo Lambert currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Olo, a platform facilitating digital transformation in the restaurant industry. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, Lambert has been a Member of the Board of Directors at NPR since September 2022 and a Mentor at Endeavor since February 2024. Prior to Olo, Lambert held significant positions at Yahoo as Sr. EVP, President & General Manager, and EVP, General Manager of Finance & Tech, overseeing a global team and managing various product lines. Lambert's previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of Consumer Financial Services at PayPal, where efforts focused on financial inclusion for underserved populations. Lambert's early career features key roles at American Express, including Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer & Operational Excellence, and time spent with consultancy firms such as The Capital Group. Lambert earned a Bachelor of Business in Communications from Queensland University of Technology.
