Matthew Cloutier is an experienced audio producer and educator with a diverse background in media production and environmental studies. Currently serving as an Associate Producer at NPR since January 2020, Matthew plays a key role as a segment producer for TED Radio Hour, having progressed from Production Assistant and Assistant Producer. Previously, Matthew contributed to WPKN Inc as a Production Assistant and Radio Host, and taught outdoor education at Camp Pemigewassett. Additional experience includes podcast and video production at Middlebury College and research consultancy for the Vermont Natural Resources Council. A graduate of Middlebury College with a degree in Environmental Studies, Matthew also pursued studies at Shoals Marine Laboratory and The University of Auckland.
