Amreen Kaur has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy. Amreen currently works as a Physical Therapist at Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Houston, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Instructor at NPTE Final Frontier (NPTEFF) starting in 2022. Amreen also worked as a Physical Therapist at Cole Health from 2019 to 2023 and at Reliant Rehabilitation from 2018 to 2019. Before pursuing their professional career, Amreen worked as a Graduate Assistant at Loma Linda University from 2017 to 2018, where they organized life support courses on and off campus. Earlier in their career, they served as a Clinic Head at Qi Spine Clinic from 2014 to 2016, leading a team of 10 physical therapists and overseeing daily operations. Amreen was also responsible for training and mentoring staff, monitoring performance targets, and diagnosing and treating spine patients as a Spine Specialist. Amreen started their career as a Visiting Physiotherapy Consultant at Body Central in 2013.

Amreen Kaur completed their Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Sardar Bhagwan Singh (PG) Institute of Bio-Medical Sciences & Research from 2006 to 2011. Amreen then pursued a Master of Physiotherapy at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, from 2011 to 2013. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Loma Linda University, where they obtained their Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Currently, Amreen Kaur is a Fellow in training with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) at the Institute for Athlete Regeneration Education Systems, focusing on Orthopedic and Manual Therapy. In terms of certifications, they are a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, conferred by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in June 2022. Amreen is also a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association since 2021. Additionally, they will be completing their Certified Dry Needling level 1 certification in 2023 from the Institute for Athlete Regeneration Education Systems. Amreen has also obtained a PART A-C certificate in MDT, also known as the McKenzie method, from the McKenzie Institute India.
