Alok Vatsa has a vast work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alok most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at NRB Bearings Limited since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adient as the Director of Human Resources from April 2012 to June 2022. From April 2012 to October 2016, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Johnson Controls in India. Before that, they worked as the Head of HR Operations at Beetel Teletech and as the Deputy General Manager of HR at Spanco Telesystems. Alok Vatsa completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce at Delhi University from 1994 to 1997. Alok then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources & Organization Development at Delhi School of Economics from 1998 to 2000. Alok further expanded their knowledge in the field of Training and Development by completing a Diploma in Training and Development at the Indian Society of Training and Development from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in the year 2004-2005.
