Shirish Shah has extensive work experience in various roles in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Shirish is currently working as the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at NRB Bearings Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President at Sulzer from October 2018 to April 2023. Shirish also held the position of Leader - Material Management CPIM at Ingersoll Rand India from December 2013 to October 2018. Furthermore, they worked as the Supply Chain Manager at Schneider Electric Industrial Services from March 2011 to November 2013, and as the Commercial Manager at GE Energy Connections from December 2008 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Sourcing Manager at APC from June 2006 to September 2008, and as the Manager Sourcing at GE Lighting from 1992 to 2005.

Shirish Shah has a diploma in Education from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied Mechanical Engineering from 1988 to 1991. Shirish also holds a CPIM certificate in Production & Inventory Management from APICS Northern Colorado. Prior to that, they attended The Modern High School, Sevalia from 1980 to 1988.
