Fabian Delava

Fabian Delava serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at NRB since October 2023, contributing to one of Belgium's largest IT service providers with approximately 3,200 employees and €620M in consolidated revenues. Prior to this role, Delava was a Partner at Bain & Company from September 2007 to September 2023, a prominent global management consulting firm. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Worldline by Atos from August 1999 to August 2007, and as a Student Assistant at UMONS from September 1998 to June 1999. Delava's educational background includes an Executive Education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, a Summer Management Programme at the University of International Business and Economics, and a Postgraduate Management Programme at Solvay Brussels School, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences from UMONS.
