Fabian Dodet

IT Service Desk Manager

Fabian Dodet has over 17 years of experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at NRB since August 2016, where a progressive career began in April 2006. Fabian has held various roles including Incident Manager, Change Manager, and Problem Manager, focusing on ensuring the successful execution of IT changes and the resolution of recurring incidents through ITIL-based processes. Prior to NRB, Fabian gained experience in sales support at Sylis and worked as a consultant at ETM Communication Technology, as well as technical coordinator in the R&D team for SCADA/DMS systems at Gillam-Fei. Academic qualifications include a degree from Haute Ecole Rennequin Sualem and a candidacy in Industrial Engineering from Haute Ecole Isi-Huy.
