Simon Shiferaw

Simon Shiferaw is a dedicated professional with expertise in quality assurance and environmental analysis, currently serving as a Technical Trainee at NRC Group Finland since October 2023. Simon has co-founded ANVES, an event organization company, and has played a significant role in the Crown Bridges light rail project, ensuring compliance with quality and responsibility standards during previous positions at NRC Group. Simon's background includes experience as a Castle Warden at Aalto University Student Union, a substitute teacher and special needs assistant at the City of Espoo, military service as a Petty Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces, and leadership experience as the CEO of GraniWorks. Simon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering at Aalto University, complemented by studies at Kyoto University and a high school diploma in Business Administration.
