Tero Heino

Tero Heino is an experienced project manager with a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as the head of construction of technical systems at NRC Group Finland, Tero oversees cost management, resourcing, purchasing, timetabling, and stakeholder cooperation for the Tampere Tramway Alliance. Prior to this role, Tero managed power equipment projects at VR Track Oy, focusing on railroad power solutions, and led a road lighting team at Verkonrakentaja Wire Oy, responsible for maintenance and construction in the City of Espoo and Southern Finland. Tero holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
