Kaitlin Rust worked as a Project Specialist at NRC Health starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they were an Operations Associate at Crete Carrier Corporation from March 2017 to August 2021.

Kaitlin Rust received their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from McCook Community College between 2010 and 2014. Kaitlin then pursued further education and earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Bellevue University, where they attended between 2016 and 2018.
