Mary V

Mary V has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Mary started their career at Unipac Service Corporation, now known as Nelnet, where they worked as a Repurchase Processor. In this role, they handled defaulted student loans and implemented strategies to bring them back into repayment.

Mary then moved on to Nebraska Book Company, Inc. where they held multiple positions. Mary started as a Senior Support Representative, providing software support and identifying bugs to improve the software. Mary later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, gaining experience in testing and ensuring software quality. Finally, they became the IT Special Projects Coordinator Training Lead, where they coordinated training activities, created training materials, and facilitated a positive learning experience for both internal and external clients.

Following their time at Nebraska Book Company, Mary joined PrismRBS as a Customer Engagement and Training Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for conducting training sessions, updating training materials, and creating customer-facing content.

Most recently, Mary joined NRC Health as a Project Specialist. Further details about their responsibilities and achievements in this role are not provided.

Mary V earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Communication from Hastings College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Hastings College from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Mary V obtained a certification in Writing for Instructional Design and Training from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in December 2020.
