Tracy Black

Tracy Black has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. From 1984 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Manager at PwC, where they managed client relationships, performed audits, and provided consulting services. From 2001 to 2019, Tracy ran their own accounting and business consultancy firm, specializing in regulatory investigations, filings, internal audit, and other specialized needs for public companies. In 2019, they joined NRC Health as the Director of Technical and Financial Reporting. Tracy also served as a board member for the Nebraska Society of CPAs Foundation and the Nebraska Society of CPAs, holding various roles such as Past Chairman, Treasurer, and Committee Chairman. Their experience includes working with a diverse range of clients and industries.

Tracy Black attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting.
