Agnė Pučkienė

Agnė Pučkienė serves as the Head of Administration and HR at NRD Cyber Security since April 2024. Previously, Agnė was a Team Lead - HR Business Partner at Citadele bankas Lietuvoje, where responsibilities included implementing HR strategies and coordinating various HR functions. Agnė's experience also encompasses a role as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition for Europe & APAC at Outokumpu, managing global recruitment and stakeholder training. Agnė spent several years at Lietuvos paštas, AB, as an HR Business Partner and Customer Service Quality Manager, focusing on talent acquisition and customer service quality processes. Earlier roles included positions at Gjensidige and Creditreform Lietuva. Agnė is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Vilnius University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Philology from the same institution.
