Allison Hamilton

Allison Hamilton serves as the Director of Markets and Rates in Business and Technology Strategies at NRECA, providing strategic guidance on power supply, retail rate structures, and demand-side management, while also leading the DER Member Advisory Group. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions at PHI, Inc. and Pepco Energy Services, managing significant budgets and trading activities related to power delivery and renewable energy portfolios. Experience includes serving as an Equity Research Analyst and Associate at Pacific Crest Securities, focusing on Internet and technology stocks. Allison holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University.
