Charu Gupta has extensive experience in event program planning and operations, currently serving as a Representative at NRECA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Charu managed PE Review and Webinar Development at ASCE in Reston, VA, from September 2001 to December 2021, utilizing a constructivist training approach and integrating various eLearning elements. Charu emphasizes problem-solving and values the analysis and evaluation processes in instructional projects. Charu holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, earned between 1982 and 1986.
