Delaine Orendorff, MBA, CCP, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and strategic management consulting. Delaine is currently serving as the Director of Human Capital Planning and Compensation at NRECA, where they deliver consulting services to over 800 member organizations. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal of People & Culture Initiatives at Inspire Alignment, LLC, where they collaborated with leaders and board members to align people strategies with business goals.

Delaine also has experience as the CHRO/Director of Human Resources at United Power, Inc., where they provided strategic oversight and direction for human capital and culture initiatives. Additionally, they have served in leadership roles at Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/National Center for Atmospheric Research, where they were responsible for HR strategies and initiatives, talent management, compensation, and succession planning.

Delaine Orendorff, MBA, CCP, SPHR has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and International Management from Northeastern University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2010. Delaine also holds a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, completed in 2013. Delaine Orendorff has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from York University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Executive Coaching Certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, Senior Human Resources Professional from SHRM, and Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work, among others.
