Johanne Miller is a seasoned professional specializing in user experience (UX) design and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Web Operations and UX Specialist at NRECA since January 2023. With extensive experience as a self-employed UX Strategist, Johanne applies design thinking methodologies to enhance both online and in-person user experiences. As a co-founder and Chapter Manager of Hexagon UX, Johanne advocates for women and non-binary individuals in technology, successfully growing the DC chapter's membership to 400 in just four months. Additionally, Johanne contributes to the UX community as a content writer for UX Collective on Medium and has held various UX design roles, notably at Caribou, where user research and accessibility improvements were prioritized. With a strong educational background in International Studies and Business Management from De La Salle University, Johanne combines creative problem-solving with strategic insights to drive effective UX solutions.
