Madeline McElaney

Madeline McElaney is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and energy efficiency initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member for NRECA and a Realtor at Hammond Wheeler Realty since July 2017, McElaney previously held the positions of Vice Chair and Board Member on the Board of Directors for New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, McElaney managed a $3.5 million federally funded energy efficiency program as the Plymouth BetterBuildings Community Manager at the Community Development Finance Authority. Additionally, McElaney was the Director of the New Hampshire Sustainable Energy Association from 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Outdoor Recreation, and Theater from Plymouth State University.
