Brett Jones

Brett Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Underwriting and Client Experience at the National Real Estate Insurance Group, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Brett held various leadership roles at Mutual of Enumclaw from September 2016 to October 2025, including Interim Director of Personal Lines Underwriting & Member/Agent Services, where responsibilities included overseeing member and agent responsiveness and enhancing service offerings. Brett's experience also encompasses management of claims operations and process improvements while at Farmers Insurance from July 2007 to September 2016, where functions included regional management of claims teams and the implementation of efficiency-enhancing platforms. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and Marketing and an MBA in Business Administration, both from the University of Central Oklahoma.
