Kristian Bendix Aarflot-Nyrud

Kristian Bendix Aarflot-Nyrud is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management for NREP in Norway since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristian was the Markedssjef hotell/forvalter at Ragde Eiendom AS from February 2013 to May 2021 and worked as a Real Estate Manager for Basale Gruppen AS from December 2009 to January 2013. Earlier in Kristian's career, experience includes a position in finance and credit/debt at Shell and roles as a stockbroker at Christiania Securities ASA and an investment broker at Verdispar Securities ASA, where recognition as Trainee of the Year was achieved in 2007. Academic credentials include a Master's in International Business and a Bachelor's in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management, as well as a Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from the Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality.
