Steven Perry

Steven M. Perry is President of Property Specialists, Inc. (PSI) a real estate mortgage banking, investment and brokerage firm he co-founded. In addition, Mr. Perry is a principal and the COO of Hunt/KCVG Opportunity Funds. Prior to co-founding PSI, he was a partner with the Kansas City, Missouri law firm of Linde Thomson, P.C. and Polsinelli, P.C. with a focus in real estate development and finance. Mr. Perry graduated with distinction from Memphis State University in 1978 and received his Juris Doctorate degree with distinction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
