Megan Severson is an experienced professional in talent recruitment and organizational leadership, currently serving as Managing Director at NRG Consulting Group since March 2022. In this role, Megan has successfully recruited top talent for various progressive organizations, utilizing a grassroots organizing approach that emphasizes relationship building and candidate experience. Prior to this, Megan held positions as State Director at Wisconsin Environment and as Organizing Director and Midwest Field Organizer at Environment America. Megan's career began as a Campus Organizer and Organizing Director at Student PIRGs. Education includes a B.A. in Government and Spanish from Lawrence University and studies at Fundacion Cimas del Ecuador.
