Naomi Roth-Gaudette

Naomi Roth-Gaudette is the Founder of NRG Consulting Group, established in August 2017, where the focus is on helping mission-driven organizations grow through customized talent searches that emphasize organizing and relationship building. Previously, Naomi served as the Managing Director of Organizing for Families for Excellent Schools from April 2015 to August 2017, where the organizing model was developed and field efforts were overseen in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. At U.S. PIRG, from November 2008 to May 2015, Naomi held the position of Field Director, creating campaign strategies for a national network of state PIRGs while managing a team of field organizers. Prior to that, Naomi was the Executive Director/Organizing Director at Green Corps from June 1999 to November 2008, leading an organization with 30 staff members and a budget of $1.2 million. Naomi holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and Government from Skidmore College.
