Matt Carter

Matt Carter currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Intrado, the leading provider of emergency response solutions. With extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, Carter has held various leadership positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer at Aryaka Networks and Inteliquent Inc., where strategic transformations and growth initiatives were implemented. Additionally, Carter is a Member of the Board of Directors for both NRG Energy and JLL, contributing to governance and strategic oversight. Prior roles include President, Global Enterprise at Sprint and President of Boost Mobile, where substantial business growth was achieved under Carter's leadership. Carter holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern University.
